Our visit to Aborn was very positive. Dr Gill and his staff were very friendly and pleasant to work with. They met us on our arrival and took excellent care of our pet. Dr. Mann and his staff provided exceptional care for my cat.
All of the employees were great and gave me a lot of support with handling my pet.
Dr. Mann is very understanding and really cares about animals. Although I could not afford to complete all that Dr. Mann wanted me to complete, he respected that and his office staff helped me make a decision that was best for my pet and I.
Arrived on time for appointment and notified staff. Then waited for 45 minutes in car. Called in to see how much longer I would need to wait. They explained they were short staffed and 5 minutes later came to get my dog. Other customers were lost like me. They would stand near door waiting for someone to come out. Parking lot is very tight and limited. Staff is friendly. I'm new to the practice...
