Great job. Second time using them. Only complaint was my floors needed a bunch of leveling. Not there fault

I have Mohawk Revwood 2 Floors, they were recently installed and they are beautiful, expensive but totally worth it. 997 sq.ft. took the better part of 4 days. Everyone who has come to see them in my Condo Community would like to buy them.

Everybody was easy to work with. Given complete details about charges and costs. Everyone was friendly and cordial. Can't say enough good about the carpet installer, Jason Repper and his crew. Professional, prompt and did a great job. They were also polite and went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking. Antonio and his partner were also very good. A year ago we had About Floors and More install new floors in two rooms and a bathroom. We secured bids from another vendor and About Floors and More was less expensive and gave great service. Because of that experience, we recently had them re-tile our kitchen and re- carpet our dining room and living room. Again they did a great job. All the work was done in four days at a good price and again with good service. The folks are easy to work with and very responsive. They will get our next project.

The company is very customer oriented. When John saw a flaw in my installation, him and the company went to work immediately to order another carpet, removed the entire carpet that had initially been installed and replaced it with a whole new carpet!! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great flooring experience.

Very good installation. Crew was excellent. The invoice was not adequate...not extended and hard to understand. Not thrilled that all possible add Ins ended up being added on. Staff did a good job.
