Bonnie was not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable and helpful considering my request. The workers were also pleasant and competent. Was a pleasure working with you all.
They have an excellent selection of top quality carpets; their customer service, especially Bonnie and the install team is terrific, and their prices are more than competitive. They will be the store for all our flooring and tile needs. Great place!
All staff were very welcoming and quickly responded to our questions, plus I was able to take a sample home that day! We subsequently visited 3 other stores but you all got all the YES votes as the sample was right on and JOHN took care of everything. Thanks to all!!
Very good and thorough with their work. We had some minor issues nothing to do with the install just some subfloor that was not appropriately done by our builder but their people took great measures to fix it! So that when they installed the flooring it wouldn’t squeak. Their trades very hard working and honest folks.
I initially contacted another hardwood flooring store on Shad Road and waited for over a week for them to try to find a match for the existing floor in our new house. I knew the brand and the model number, yet they said they were having a hard time getting in touch with the Mohawk representative. I always had to call them and I felt as if I was doing all the work. I recently used the services provided by Liz Rhoden with About Floors n’ More. I was in the process of putting my house up for sale and needed quick help from someone to repair and replace a hallway with hardwood floors.
