We had John, one of your installers and his crew work on our laminate floors over the last two days. I wanted to write and compliment both him and his work. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. His work and the cleanup was absolutely meticulous. Your company is lucky to have such a hard working and friendly gentleman representing you! We will absolutely use your company again, and would request John if possible. Thank you for a great experience and please let John know how much we appreciate the excellent service.
I had to have carpeting super fast, and they delivered. I don't know of any other business that could have done this. The store personnel were all delightful, and the crew that came to install were just as nice as could be.

This place rocks! Valerie was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and helped me choose the right carpet. She gave me all the choices and didn't try to oversell, but let me choose the one for my budget. The installers showed up on time and did a clean and professional installation. From walking in the showroom door to the final installation, this was the best experience I have ever had for a home improvement project.
I would highly recommend Floors n' More for all your flooring needs. Even though we had a small issue, they never failed to quickly respond and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation in a timely manner. They stand behind their work and warranty! About Floors n More did a excellent job on my hardwood floors. My floors look beautiful! Love it!
Materials & Installers arrived on date & time promised. Install took 1.5 days to complete 2.5 rooms. (Good) No dust created as shop vacs ran constantly during the process. Men were professional & courteous. Recommend. Note: New material color did not match our existing hardwood color. Owner came to home immediatly within 45 minutes with samples shown at time of order. After discussions agrred to install it as over time natual light will cause shading and color changes that will closely match.
