Deanna and the whole staff were Incredibly easy to work with and walked me through every step of replacing my condo floor after a slab leak. Throughout the process they took care of everything for me with knowledge of dealing with insurance to overseeing removal of the old flooring to installation of the new. They focussed on solutions rather than problems. Terrific Company!
I worked with Liz, which was a very unsatisfactory experience. After I selected my carpet, she said she would call that afternoon to set up an appointment to measure. She didn't call. Finally later in the afternoon the next day, I called back. She finally called at 6 PM. The day of the appointment, she didn't show up. After thirty minutes, I called. Ours sales rep., Samantha, is the best! She took all the time that we needed to select our new carpeting. The installers were equally good and we could not be happier. We have done a lot of projects with this company, including a complete re-do of a master bath and walk-in shower. All with excellent results.👍
Have used them in the past at another home we owned and used them again for our new home. they are great. Highly recommend.
About Floors N More are wonderful. I’ve used them on a prior home I owned and used them again for my new house. They have good selections of flooring.
Horrible experience. I had to reschedule my install of a tile backsplash in the kitchen, which I was amenable to, no problem there. However the install was horrid. The tile caused the plug and switch plates to need longer screws, so I had to go buy that because they just weren't prepared for that. The grout was everywhere, over the screw holes of the plugs, so when I did get new screws I had to chip it away; grout was on my tile floor hardened in clumps; even on the ceiling. I Should have checked their Better Business Bureau rating, which is an F. Had I known that, I would not had used them. Sales person goofed up on required amount of tile and blamed it on me because I asked her to double check her measurements against what was being ordered. Owner/manager supported sales personal. So what was suppose to be a 4 day evolution turned into 2 weeks. From the beginning they tried to over charge me I should have stopped right there and not done business with them. I wanted my kitchen done with hardwood so I have measured my kitchen many times and it is 178 square feet and they come out with a laser to measure (another sign not to trust them) anyway they try to say it’s 264 square feet so they can charge me more.
