I have no words to describe how grateful I am for connecting with Abe. He guided us through all the process and was always accessible! That means mornings nights weekends etc.. he is very knowledgeable and very patient. It was great working with him! Would absolutely recommend him to everyone. Looking forward to future properties.

As many of you know purchasing your first home can be extremely stressful. Abe was a breath of fresh air ! He was professional and extremely patient with me ! 3rd transaction with Abe and the contour team. I first purchased my home through Abe in 2016 with an FHA mortgage with PMI. Abe advised me that in a little over a year or 2 to reach back so we could potentially go conventional mortgage and remove an almost $300 a month PMI charge.
