My wife and I were debating on refinancing our home to payoff some existing debt. Reaching out to Abe was the best thing we could do!! He gathered documents and within days of receiving the appraisal our file was cleared to close. Abraham is extremely organized, Professional and knows his profession well. He was always on top of our paperwork and responded quickly. Abraham went above and beyond, to not only close our loan but doing so in a timely manner! He was able to fix our credit to a higher score so we could get a better rate and loan. He got our house appraised for best value. We were able to pay off debts, remove FHA pmi and lower our rate. We are saving thousands a month and we closed in less then 30 days!!

Abraham is amazing and goes out of his way to help you in any way that he can! We used him for a home purchase where the seller was between multiple buyers and spoke to our brokers and he helped us to land the house. We are also using him to refinance our investment property.
