My experience with Contour Mortgage was heaven sent. I tried with tons of other companies didn’t go through with my situation, The process was extremely convenient and effortless on my part. Communication with my loan officer, Abraham Ohanian was always personable and professional. The best person I ever met , The processing time frame was as expected and experience worry-free. I work with Abraham 10 years ago and had a great working and trusting relationships. As a Registered Nurse working in New York City during the hight of the pandemic, I need a person I can trust to take care of my refinancing Needs with no stress. We worked with Abe during the purchase of our first home and just 3 years later we’re able to refinance and remove FHA PMI. Abe is so thorough and knowledgeable I couldn’t imagine consulting anyone else when the opportunity presented itself to for a refinance. My wife and I were debating on refinancing our home to payoff some existing debt. Reaching out to Abe was the best thing we could do!! He gathered documents and within days of receiving the appraisal our file was cleared to close. During the process there was some old stuff reporting to credit and he took his time to have it removed and updated immediately with a positive impact on our credit scores. Priceless!!
