He is very friendly and helpful person i have worked with. Very polite have helped throutout the whole process. I enjoyed working with him to own a property. I would recommend every One to get help from him. He is very organized and he have really professional attitude. Abe is the best of the best. He makes everything so simple, makes himself available whenever you need him, and really just knows his stuff. You can really tell that Abe always has the best interest of his clients in mind when working with someone, and that can be difficult to find elsewhere. Also, our rate was great and he locked us in really quickly to ensure we kept that rate! I will never ever use another lender besides Abe :)

Abraham Ohanian is a wonder at his job! He just supported us through a refinance a year and a half after our 203k refi loan. He is saving us hundreds a month. Abe is professional, helpful, accessible and honest. I highly recommend him.

Abe gets it done! We tried refinancing with three different lenders before a friend referred us to Abraham at Contour Mortgage. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. His communication and attentiveness made us feel like we were his only clients. I am so grateful that I met and established a relationship with my new family friend and confidant Abe. I was introduced to him by a real estate agent who spoke very highly of him and assured me that I would be in great hands if I chose to go with him. I have no words to describe how grateful I am for connecting with Abe. He guided us through all the process and was always accessible!
