2 Star : Likely to Recommend I wouldn’t recommend them because I can’t vouch for their usual fix time. Mine took way too long, but the work is good 4 Star : Repair Quality My car looks fantastic!! They did a great job on that, however it took 6 weeks longer than originally estimated. 4 Star : Customer Service Very friendly and responsive. I had to call several times for updates.

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Sorry 3.5 Star : Repair Quality I noticed the paint has a different tone than the original or OEM. I found a gap from the right side/driver side and passenger side are different on size. I also notice at the edge with the paint was apply that has a kind of masking tape, painted over, but I am not sure. 4 Star : Customer Service Waiting time in the office for getting a quote or to turning the keys were very long... The estimate itself took less time.
2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality The trunk had to be replaced and some body work done to the rear bumper, but the trunk isn't perfectly aligned, causing it to not be flush with the rear tailights on the left side and the rear fender/quarter panel on the right side 4 Star : Customer Service Customer service was fine. Nothing to complain about, staff was nice and well mannered. Took them months to work on my car though.
