RecommendedThey are really good with the kids. Although we are at the moment playing tag with his replacement glasses. We ordered them the last week of September. Got an email 2 weeks ago that they were in. so we went to the Austin Bluffs office because that's where he got his exam & first glasses there. We wait like 20 min. only to find out the glasses were at Citadel office. Why ? Don't have an answer but Citadel office says they will send them to Austin Bluffs. That was on Thursday last week. They where very concerning the fact that it was my son's first tooth being pulled.
Awful experience both times, we won't be back! a lot of insurance fraud going on in there too. one dr in particular seems to enjoy making it painful for the kids. looks are deceiving there!
Incompetent orthodontist Sons teeth have not moved at all in months
Ortho side only No! They expect every kid to be the same with braces and they give up on them. They take the money for braces on your kids from the insurance company and don’t follow through and finish the dental plan. Dr. DuRussel, is rude and condescending and will talk to you like you’re no one.
I really have always had good experiences here til today. I just feel the education piece was missing from them as they know how small my son is and how little his teeth are and probably KNEW they didnt have a cap small enough for his tiny mouth. I havent stopped crying since I left the office. The doctor just gave me a referral for another place to fix it and this whole situation has been very upsetting.
