You have to wait on hold for a hour just to get a 1 minute answer. Dental and Ortho do not communicate with each other. The African American girl (in ortho) who works on your kids in the back likes to be extremely aggressive and rude to your child. The state medicaid office is being contacted.
Customer service has gone downhill! Used to love and recommend. Now I can't wait until we never have to come back! After 6 years we will be looking for a new provider for the kids!
My wife went there today and the lady dentist was very rude an unprofessional. Enough for me to want to file a complaint! She waited 2hrs for some to talk down to her. You just don't treat people that way! I hope I hear from the owner.

Been coming here for about two years with two of my kids. Dentist are nice and staff is pleasant never had an issue. Unfortunately their computers were down today and they didn't have a plan B to access schedules and get patients back had to wait over 30 minutes passed my appointment time. Not sure how they would handle it if the system was down for hours. I don't feel this is a very professional way to do business.
Never going back!! Untrained tech did 90% of the work. After two hrs in a chair my sons two fillings left him with a bruised swollen face that left him looking like he'd been in a fight! Totally blown off when I called to complain too!
