Don’t talk about the dentist to others
The staff was rude to me kept calling my son a female called me 5 times asking me how I was going to pay asked me another 3 times when I got there kept telling me I needed to buy my son a 2nd pair of frames when I nicely told them he has two already. I finally paid and left over hearing the lady that did my sons appointment telling her co workers my son looks like a girl and that’s a girls name and laughing

This place is the worst place, my child scheduled crowns, they weren’t patient with waiting for the numbing medicine to kick in before giving her several shots. They had multiple people restraining her, wouldn’t let her catch her breath after screaming to the point of gagging. As she was screaming that it was hurting the doctor with the head wrap, kept telling her that there isn’t pain, and told us parents that if she had a kid she would have been worrying too during the procedure. RecommendedEvery single person in this office is pretty darn amazing. My girls don't like people poking around in their mouths but when the dental assistants make it fun and make my kids feel comfortable they don't mind at all.
Horrible place they traumatized my 5 year old so bad that now he won't let a dentist even look in his mouth. I now take him to Cool Kids Mountain Dentistry I love them they treat the kids like they matter instead of like a dollar sign.
My two boys were scheduled for a 1030 appt. It is now 1115 and we still havent been seen. Went to ask the Secretary how much longer. Was told 10 more minutes, then this horrible lady comes out and tells my wife they only have a few chairs for people with or kind of insurance! So we left extemey unhappy an now have to go back friday! After this next visit we will be done with Academy Kids dental! Lets be clear. It is not the techs we are upset with. It is the female that is in charge of the receptionist.
