It was unbelievable!! I was searching for an Ambulance service online for interstate non-emergency transportation when I came across ACC MedLink. The lady who picked up the phone to provide me with information regarding the services was courteous and prompt by sending this to my email. The Ambulance service and crew (a critical care Nurse and two drivers) were very professional. The vehicle was roomy, comfortable and convenient. Thank you for the great service your company provided my mom and I, this week, moving mom from Citrus County Florida to Fredericksburg, Virginia. Overall was a great experience and I'm eternally grateful that this service exists. I had been trying for 4.5 years to get my parents down to GA from NJ. My mother cannot fly and I didn't feel comfortable driving her myself (as I'm not a medical professional). Thank you!
