Thank you so much for the fast response in scheduling. We had unusual circumstances where my step dad was and insurance and I really appreciate how fast we scheduled his transport from Ohio to Florida. Rochelle was phenomenal. She was patient, kind and funny. She worked to make sure may dad was comfortable and knew she was his advocate. She even bought him an electric blanket to ensure he'd be warm for the trip. I feel she went above and beyond.

ACC Medlink was the perfect way to transport both of my parents (ages 95 and 97) from Illinois to assisted living in Minnesota, an 8-hour trip they were unable to make in a car. Eric made sure they had their favorite snacks and entertainment on board and was well attuned to their medical needs. He kept us apprised of how they were doing and their arrival time. Everything went exactly as planned and my parents were comfortable and safe. Thank you.

Overall great experience. The crew was very courteous and kind and tried to make us feel as comfortable as they could. We got to our destination not too long after the time that was quoted to us so that was also nice. We're happy to have chosen this company for our transport.
