When my mother in law needed a cross-country medical transport from her skilled nursing facility in Florida to Mayo Clinic in Minnesota for a major surgery, ACC MedLink came to the rescue! The transport coordinators were efficient, professional and courteous and set up all of the logistics for the trip with less than 1 week's notice. From the moment they arrived, to pick up our Mom to the final destination 15 hours later... your entire 3-person team was amazing. Eric our Nurse came in first to assess her vitals. He wore a mask and listened to all our concerns. From that moment on, he said he was here to help us make the 15-hour transport as smooth as possible.
