My sister Susan loved Erik. He made her feel safe and secure. I, too, was very impressed with Erik and enjoyed our conversations along the 21 hour drive. The drivers were very respectful too, and I always felt like we were in good hands.
Very kind friendly and extremely helpful
We used ACC Medlink to transport my terminal mother from Florida back to Ohio. Because of her condition we felt this was the safest and most comfortable way to get her back home. We were impressed from the get-go with the personal and caring tone of everyone with whom we had contact from the company. On the transport itself, the RN Jan called us twice to talk with the patient and reassure him. My overall experience with everyone at ACC was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at every interaction. The transport team we had (Debbie and Jan) were phenomenal with my grandmother and our whole family.
