Iv only had great experiences with access. Super friendly staff. Very informative and the laid back atmosphere makes it more enjoyable. They make every person that come in feel like a friend. Hands down the best dentist office in Rolla!
Called to price out dentures, and the receptionist, while lovely, told me that there was only one denture option for $995 cash pay. She was unable to explain their warranty. She told me that the denturist would be happy to go over that with me in person. I kindly explained that I'd need that information prior to making a purchase decision, and thanked her for her time.
If it's possible to love going to the dentist, I loved going to this one. What a pleasant surprise. Everyone was so nice and professional. The x-rays, cleaning, exam, etc. was SO thorough. The communication was clear and direct, which I like. This was probably the best dental experience for me, ever.
Access is great. I HATE going to the dentist. I have had several visits here and today I had to have fillings. I was nervous. Usually I’m miserable and have a horrible headache after from being so tense. Alexis talked to me while we were waiting and I didn’t even have time to be nervous. Dr Verdyne was great also!!! I don’t even dread going anymore. They are healing my past dentist emotional trauma!!!
Every staff member up front, the dental assistants, and the Dentist Eric Verdeyen were all very professional and caring toward me in spite of me not handling my fear and anxiety very well at all; I was very scared and vocal about it before my procedure but they were all so patient and kind, responding to me with understanding, compassion and the utmost professionalism and care!
