Verified Renter Im quite happy living in the Acclaim community. Residents are extremely friendly and quiet as well as helpful with carrying furniture and groceries up to my second floor apartment. I enjoy my balcony during all four seasons and my indoor kitty loves spending time out there especially watching the birds and squirrels. The closets are large and wonderful for having to downsize from my much larger home. Perfect place for walking. Management is exceptional. I highly recommend this community.

Verified Renter I have been a resident at Acclaim at Carriagehill for 10 years and I love the spaciousness of the apartment, the large walk-in closets, the layout is perfect. They are in the process of renovating some apartments. Would love to have mine done. The price is pretty reasonable. The staff is always pleasant and do try their best to accommodate you. I love the fact that this is a 55 and older community. We are also a gated community, which is very important to me.
