I wanted a kitchen faucet replaced. I noticed that *** was working at a neighbour's house and called the office to ask their tech to stop by my house when he was done there. He'd just left the previous job but returned to look at my project. He gave me an estimate on the spot and I agreed to go ahead. WE HAD NO HOT WATER FRIDAY SEP 29. I CALLED SEVERAL PLUMBERS BUT EVERYONE WAS VERY BUSY TO HELP.
