Servers were friendly but the oysters were not clean and they had shell fragments...out of the dozen we ordered only 3 were clean and without fragments. I have never ran in to this problem with Acme...I was disappointed

I called and ordered a sandwich to go and when I picked it up the price was higher than online. I said to the cashier that they need to update their prices on the website, because online it's a $1 cheaper than in the restaurant. She said we charge you to place a to go order. I said the website doesn't says that and if that's the case then you should deliver it to me. WHOEVER HEARD OF PAYING EXTRA TO PLACE A TO GO ORDER AND THEN HAVE TO PICK IT UP YOURSELF!!! 😠 I usually pay a take out fee and it's delivered to me. Well, t... read more

This was our first stop for food in the French Quarter. Line was long but moved relatively fast. We ordered chargrilled oysters, Louisiana Sampler and the Peacemaker PoBoy. Oysters had a great flavour but had not been cleaned at all - gritty to the last bite. Sampler was not very flavourful, only the Jambalaya was worth eating. Poboy was pretty tasty.

After many 5 star experiences, the order was messed up, oysters not prepared properly, and service non-existent. Manager said he appreciated feedback but never appologized.

except for the Grilled Oysters and the decor, My fried soft shell crabs were dry and over cooked and flavorless.The food was very dissapointing
