I was very pleased with the service we got at Acura of Peoria. The salespeople are very knowledgeable and pleasant. They made car buying easy and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. The right cars at the right price. That is what you get when you shop at Acura of Peoria.

Although I had not yet intended on leasing another Acura at the time of my arrival, the team at Acura of Peoria was extremely patient and thorough in answering my constant questions. During this time there was a flood of other buyers coming through the doors but I was never made to feel as though I was being rushed or inconveniencing the team, especially considering it was a holiday. My husband bought a RDX on Thursday and I bought a TSX on Friday. The employees mentioned above as well as all others we came in contact with have been in the past outstanding and should be commended for outstanding customer service. I feel at home in the dealership and they do all they can to make sure you are happy. These last 2 Acuras make the 9th Acura we owned. Will definitely continue to recommend Acura of Peoria. Of the nine Acuras we've owned, we bought four (three new; one used)from this dealership during the past five years. We're repeat customers and rate them as "great" because of the friendly and professional Acura of Peoria staff and their superb Service Dept. For this (2011 RDX) purchase, we include our special kudos to John Vandivert, Brijen Dave and Michael Meewes. The entire staff seems devoted to being helpful and informative to each customer.

I stopped at Acura of Peoria because I had been sent a letter from this dealership, where I have been getting my car serviced, saying they were looking for low milage good condition Acura TL used cars to trade in. My experience at Acura of Peoria was very good. I was warmly greeted by my client advisor, Steve Hamilton. He made me feel comfortable and sincerely listened as to what kind of vehicle I was searching for. I was able to test drive 3 or 4 vehicles and I didn't feel rushed at all. I stopped in at this dealer just to look around and drove away in a new RDX. Stanley met me in the parking lot, greeted me and make me feel at ease right away. He asked me what I was looking for and how I was going to use my vehicle. He seemed like he had my interests at heart. From there we looked at models which I had several to choose from. Joe Monaco was right there to greet me when I arrived. He inspected the issue, checked with a supplier and gave me a time frame when the work would be completed. He followed up with a phone call and even completed the work a day early. Great job!
