We were at Acura of Peoria to pick up our '07 TL after being serviced. Stanley Brown approached us asking if there was anything he could do. As we got talking he inquired about our current vehicle and after inspecting it said he could make us a great deal on a new TL. Stanley is by far the best Sales person we've ever worked with. Went in for service of my Ridgeline and met Stanley while waiting and ended up purchasing the TL on the showroom floor. Stanley did a great job. All was very good - delivery was fair, clearing out the Navi, previous owner info from Chicago, they're peronsal info and their hands link was not cleared out - not good. TL is still showing in its diagnostics review on the Navi that work needs to be done from as early as January '11 and it appears this was not addressed. Will need to return to Acura. We visited this dealership after searching the web for the model we wanted. They had a model that fit exactly what we wanted and the price listed on the internet was fair enough. The salesman, Jesse Stone, was the one to help us out and take a test drive. Jesse was friendly and professional and best of all not the pushy type! Steve did a great job listening to what I needed and was patient and thorough in his endeavor to help me find the car I was looking for . He was very helpful. It was a family affair he was attentive to everyone in my entourage. He did a great job and I would work with him again. Ben Quale did a great job helping me put the deal together. Overall they were great to work with.

Steve was very straight forward and offered a fair deal from the start. I have always hated dealing with car Salesman in the past, but this was different. They just seemed like good people. Although I did not purchase a vehicle, I will call Steve when I am ready!

Very polite, no pressure, answered all questions and understood what I was looking for in a car. Very happy with the customer service I received and would recommend this dealership to others. I was also impressed with the knowledge he had of the car that I was interested in purchasing.

I bought a used TL from Peoria Acura. The sales staff was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I really felt I got the best deal on a great car. Mr. Gomez helped me with all the gadgets in the car, so I can fully enjoy all the features.

They listened to what we were looking for, searched several other locations to find possible cars that matched our needs, and patiently offered guidance as we were making our decision. The process was efficient from start to finish, and we drove away in our car the same day. The level of respect the employees of Acura of Peoria show their customers was wonderful.

My wife and I live in Chicago but we spend our winters in Arizona. We have bought our last two cars from this dealer. Our last purchase was with Jorge Gomez and I have to say this was the best experience we have ever had . He treated us like VIPs from start to finish. We recommend him to all of our friends. Even the out of state ones.
