Alex Gonzales was terrific. He worked with me on the aspects of my service that I wanted completed. He advised me not to get a service that would not really help me. He also found a problem with my AC that was covered under warranty & repaired it. I highly recommend this service department and Alex. Brian Appleton has helped me in the past and I was extremely pleased. I have only had very positive experiences at this service department.
