I dealt with Brian In the Service Dept at Accura of Peoria and he is wonderful to work with, I am learning how to use all of the buttons etc on my new car & he has been patient answering all of my questions like when I went in for my complementary oil change! Had a pretty good experience overall at this dealership. Attention to detail, understanding staff, very little pressure to make a transaction. Was able to get a pretty fair deal with my trade in, especially in consideration of aftermarket parts. All folks involved, is very understanding and patient of any requests. I had such a pleasant experience. I was not pressured or cornered in anyway. Sorry but I always had a bad taste in my mouth about Car Salesman. It was nothing but a great experience.
