This time, I purchased a newer, used MDX with a premium warranty. My first oil change was performed at an east side Acura dealership where it had always been taken by the previous owner although I live in Surprise, Az. A couple days later, an urgent “maintenance pop up” showed on the screen requiring immediate attention! Service Department personnel are excellent. I always ask Service Department personnel are excellent. I always ask for Cesar, he explained everything what the service intell and help get you a service vehicle if its going to take time for repairs. He's one of the best.
