This time, I purchased a newer, used MDX with a premium warranty. My first oil change was performed at an east side Acura dealership where it had always been taken by the previous owner although I live in Surprise, Az. A couple days later, an urgent “maintenance pop up” showed on the screen requiring immediate attention! My email to the east side advisor was not addressed properly as I needed to know if I was able to drive the 40+ miles, was it safe or did my MDX require a tow.
