I used to take my car for service to Acura of Seattle, until I moved north, then I started taking it to Acura in Lynnwood that was much closer. But their service has been so poor every time that I decided to drive a few more miles and go back to Southcenter. What a difference! Thomas Le was the person who attended me. He was wonderful! Listened carefully to my needs and advised me on the best options. We always have exceptional service from Chris Castro. We have leased at least 7 vehicles from this dealership and we trust him. He always creates a good experience from beginning to end.
