They used bad Engine oil and less then a month my car show up 80% oil quality ????????????

The service dept needs some help. I stopped in when my oil status was 20% and they turned me away saying it had to be 15% because too many people were trying to take advantage of Honda's maintenance plan. I went in when it was convenient for me and on my previous oil change, the SA told me it would be okay to come in early to TRY to get another oil change in before I reached 24k mi. My vehicle was serviced emergently by your Acura of Seattle team twice within a two week time frame for the same issue. My car would not start, had random alarming , and a break pedal lockup. I was initially told I needed a battery and a break pedal switch and that once replaced I’d be good. I wrote a review regarding an experience I had within this dealership on March 12 2023. The response I got back is that they wanted to speak with me about it. I wrote back with information about when they could call me. It’s now 03/23/23 and I have yet not heard a word. How inconsiderate smdh. This is a copy of their response. Dealer would not honor complimentary oil change. I had no ideal that it had an expiration. Will not be dealing with them any longer. Spoke with Carlos he was rude to my spouse. Spoke with another manager who promised to get back with me, this did not happen.

The manager was more focused on himself and his pride vs. the customer. The service was not fixed when it was completed and had to be rechecked. The communication on status during the long service was not done using the technology they spend so much time using. The price was excessive for diagnosis, and the parts price seemed relatively reasonable for small things on the labor side. The staff was not proactive and did not follow up promptly.

I have lost complete trust in ACURA of Seattle due to their lack of integrity. From mentioning service that did not need to be performed to recently getting an oil change and either not getting the control panel updated with that service or not even getting the oil change, no way of knowing with the oil showing at 20% by the time I got home to a few days later showing less than 15% oil…and when I called Acura and spoke to Jai, she had the audacity to tell me to go into the control panel to reset something in the control pane... read more

This location is generally up to par with customer service, but this time.. not so much. Purchased a car and in the same week had an airbag glitch. They replaced whatever was needed, I had asked about tire pressure and battery level as well. Went to pick up the car and no one greeted me. Stood there for 15 seconds and walked over to the person that was helping me. She was on her phone (not on a call) so she couldn't acknowledge me. Acura of Seattle used to be my go to place but with high employee turnover and them not providing service that they said they would and still blaming Covid , they are going down hill. Brought my car in for service due to service indicator, thought they would wash car but NO. Said cannot wash car due to Covid but they have sent several email saying with a service they will wash the car.
