"DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!" If you are an out of state buyer don’t waste your time! They will drag the process along until they can sell it to someone local. I had a been told the car was mine and was waiting on them for the paperwork, my calls were ignored until they informed me that the next day someone came in and bought the car! Super unprofessional and absolutely not worthy of the bogus rating they currently have.
"The service department is a JOKE!!" Came in for a routine maintenance(oil change) for my 2018 Acura MDX and Alex said it will take 2 hours. After spending over 2 hours waiting for them, he tells me it won't be ready till 2 days later. They haven't even begun any service yet. "Bad experience in the service department " I went there multiple times to get my car service there and I had experienced the worst and bad customer service ever in my life. I purchased a brand new Mdx 2016 from them and spent almost $70,000 for the piece of trash car. I had driven the car for almost a year with 10000 miles on my car and the car broke down and stop in the middle of the road. "5k service early Saturday morning" Air bag recall completed even though I didn't expect it done on this visit. Got a car wash too. I was even offered me a loaner just for a 5k service (but I didn't need it)
"Instead of fix my car they damage dashboard and navigation " I spend about 2500 to 3000 dollars and they damage dashboard and also navigation not working anymore since I picked up my car last time . I don't recommend this dealership so please be aware. Thanx

I called to inquire about Costco pricing on a ZDX and was told the Costco price was around $51,700 or about 7% over invoice(which is basically MSRP). This didn't seem right to me, so I called Costco and they informed me that Acura of Seattle isn't even part of the Costco program and that the Costco price is a set amount over invoice, not a percentage.
