I found the service writer dismissive, with not even a 'hello'. My problem was a parasitic draw causing the vehicle to be so unreliable I installed a battery charger under the hood and would plug it in while parked at home, as well as purchasing 'jumper boxes' in case I came out of a store or such and the battery was dead. I made my appointment online and stated in the details that I needed an oil change and a fuse replaced. My interior lights fuse was blown and I couldn’t get the fuse box open myself. I told the service consultant the exact same thing. He recommend a tire rotation and I said yes, but only if my car needs it. The service was quick and I got my car back in about 30 minutes. I’ve been coming in here for sometime now and usually everyone is very friendly and makes you feel very welcomed. However, the past handful of times maybe more I’ve gone in the atmosphere has not been the same. I used to always be greeted when walking in the door. A lot of people in the service department are not as friendly and not nearly as welcoming as they once were. And to be honest this has made me want to reconsider giving my business. Poor customer service. They don't even wash your car when you give it for servicing, happened to me always not just once. Not at all satisfied with servicing my car with Acura. They are equally bad when we call them on there customer service number. happy with the car but 100% Unsatisfied with the service. Products they use in my car while servicing is also of poor quality.

Bait and switched on the price from what was communicated over the phone, and wouldn't address it after that was brought up.
Extremely poor service. Brought my NSX in for warranty battery charging system repair, they didn't perform the work they said, and when bringing it back a few months later for the same problem they claimed out of warranty, can't help you. Would not go back.

Such a poor customer service. Had my service A done waiting for 3 hours, then left me with ‘Immediate actions required’ for air filter and oil filter change which they could’ve done just making a phone call and asking my permission or even without my permission. They made me to come back and make another trip to the dealership which could have been avoided. Such poor management and no respect on customers time and convenience.

the tech didn't explain or break down what is done for the service when we start the conversation. I only wanted oil change but turn out to be ...etc and couple hundreds for just simple oil change.

I know there is more demand than supply these days but that should not determine how you treat your customers. I would expect them to be more courteous and find ways to make buying and/or servicing experience great. With more than $300 of servicing, they don't have ways to get the car cleaned/washed. With COVID most companies (even the non luxury brands) offer wash coupons if they don't do it in house. Its simple things that make a big difference for the customer. I wasn't impressed and would most likely find another dealer
