Comfy bed with medium-soft pillows. Quiet room with plenty of space to stretch out. Affirdably priced with attentive, personable staff. What more could you ask for?

Showed up at 11 AM for my reservation and was told my room wouldn't be ready for 4 hours. Refused to refund when I immediately got a room at Holiday Inn Express, and canceled with them. I'm not happy with how I was treated and would recommend finding another hotel.
I will not rate this since the man who answered my call was ETREME.Y RUDE. i booked on booking.com and the dates I requested were wrong and the man at the hotel said "you used booking.com" I can't help you!!!! really? I only needed to have the date corrected to 9-16-23!! he knew I never checked in, but he said "we already checked you in and out"??? I am 6.5 hours away from that location and never stepped in that place! they are shady and desperate for room rates. dont stay in a dishonest place and DONT USE BOOKING.COM
Wouldn't stay again. When we arrived a large panel van was parked sideways in front of our room. Despite asking management to get the moved, the van never did, giving us an unoptional view of a van all day/night. The pool area had a large party with loud music and kids taking up much of the pool with squirt guns and floaty donuts, not leaving hardly any room for any other people to go swimming. Managment needs to keep a better handle on its guests, considering we had to pay over 300 for the room.
Will never stay again... Was told at 12:30 pm room wasnt ready they just started cleaning come back at 3 knowing we were a part of a wedding party... After about 6-8 minites of complaining, our room magically was ready.. Maybe guest services should say to early check ins that cleaning just atarted but let them see if any room is ready before telling guests room not ready come back later.... I feel it was bad service plus when i made the reservation i gave the lady my name and even spelled my last name for her.. I noticed whe... read more

This was a nice hotel with great scenery and room was alright. All was good until I didn’t get my deposit back. I called and was told the manager was on the phone at the moment, and she would Call me back, she never did so I called them back and was told she was on vacation. It’s been 2 weeks and I still have not heard from manager and was told it was because I smoked in the room. That shocks me being I don’t even smoke.
