Cons: The room was 301: Next door neighbors talked in front of our door on their cellphone past 10 PM. We turned on the air conditioner to provide ambient noise to overcome the noise of their partying in their room. The refrigerator sounded like a boiler during the night. Rooms are nice and well insulated form outside noise. During one of our stay we would have liked to use the pool, however their was a party of drunk people with a boom box that basically took over the pool for at least 5 hours, thus it was not appropriate to bring children to swim, management should have settled the party down.
I have stayed at the Adelaide many times and have always been very pleased. Unfortunately my visit this weekend was very disappointing. Not only was the bathtub dirty but the shower didn't work. I was offered a $40 discount and the use of the exercise room shower. For the inconvenience of not having the use of a shower I would have expected our room to have been free of charge.

Enjoyed our stay this weekend. Thought there were some nice touches to the room. We did interact with one woman with an accent who was snotty and condescending the two times we interacted with her. Her approach to customer service is bizarre. She was the only negative to the stay.
We love your motel and never stay anywhere else. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will, however, in the future, insist on not being on the side the trucks park. They arrived late, and left early (4:30 am) waking our party each time.
We have stayed with you many times over the years, but we were quite disappointed in this stay. The room had a wet damp musty smell overall. It was tough to use the heater without a thermostat, do we leave it on all night and roast or do we turn it off and freeze? Unfortunately we chose to turn it off and it was quite cold this morning. Please please do something about your over soft water. It is way over the top over over soft. Waste of chemicals and gross waste of water as it takes forever and longer to try to get the soap off and not feel like you are covered in slime. You could save $$$ on water and chemicals and regain our interest in continuing to come to your hotel. Your comments and response would also be appreciated.
Room rate is a good value for the area but the room furniture has seen better days. The bed was comfortable. The room is dusty and the carpet needs a serious clean. The quick vacuum by housekeeping is not cutting it. Nor is the pest control as we had several live carpet crawlers as well as dead ones. Couldn't recommend the Adelaide Inn to others to be honest unless their expectations are low.
