Get directionsEveryone was very friendly and the rooms have been nicely updated. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin and we felt like we were part of the conversations in adjacent rooms. The clock radio alarm went off and after trying to turn it off, we realized it was from the room next to us. To be honest, we canceled our third night reservation and went to another hotel. Otherwise, it's a nice facility for the price.
The room was very nice, clean and spacious. I really liked it. However, the customer service and hospitality was very poor. There was a charge per night for pack and plays. I have never heard of that at any hotel I've stayed at since having kids. We have twins so $5 per night, per pack and play adds up and simply isn't hospitable. Also, I was disapointed with the service I received for a special request to get access (a key-not enter early) to our adjoining room. You were very rigid with your policy and I did not feel ... read more
We checked into room 110 on Friday and our key would only work 1 time. We spent 2 days going back and forth to the desk to re-program a new key. Finally on check out day the key would not work at all and we were unable to check out and leave with our friends because no one could open the door. This room should never have been rented if if there was a problem with the lock. How would you like to stay in a room that had a problem from day one? We asked to be compensated for 1 night which we felt was fair but were told that... read more
We were referred to the Adelaide Inn by a friend. We loved the accommodations, location, and atmosphere. Unfortunately, we had a group in the room next to us that partied ALL night all 3 nights that we were at the Adelaide Inn(we were not the only group who complained about the partying till 6am. There were 8 people in the room and according to the gentleman in the Adelaide Inn office we spoke with one of the guest's moms was paying for the room. She obviously was not there). We spoke with a gentleman that said he woul... read more
You're right off the 101 meaning arrival time is contingent on traffic or accidents. I have three slip discs, a recent torn meniscus, I was completely exhausted and I arrived at 9:50 and was told that I could not use the Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi didn't have a cover on it yet and there were at least 15 people until 11 o'clock standing around the pool. As a registered nurse I think comfort and physical therapy is more important than socialization. keeping other people that are close to the pool awake so that a group of people can ... read more
I have been coming to Adelaide Inn for many years. There should be some recognition for repeat customers. This stay, they said they were not offering AAA or repeat customer discounts. As there are many hotels/ motels in Paso Robles, what then is the incentive to come back to this establishment?
Disappointed with our stay this weekend. Sat night I had to call the front desk to complain about the guests next door or 2 doors down from us because they decided to throw a party right outside in the parking lot. The cable kept going on and off. Had to make a phone call about that and have the front desk come into our room at midnight to fix it. Thankfully I asked him how he fixed it because it kept going out numerous times after that. It's disappointing that our stay was subpar and the fact that if I wanted a NON-smoking ... read more
I have stayed at all of your hotels in Cambria so chose Adelaide Inn because of my experiences of quality with your brand. Big mistake. The room (123) looks dirty and very old. The colour of the walls and ceiling looks like smoke/ nicotine staining, the carpet and fabric covering of the chair is warn and stained. The bathroom is basic and tired... Basically the room needs redecorating. On the up side the bed wash very comfortable and smelt fresh. There was also a pool party last night. Thankfully it finished just before 10pm... read more
