I stay here pretty often and i was charged 150 for damage and i would like to know what kind of damage due to me always staying here when i am in town. I have not rec'd a call back or anything.

The website indicates that the smoking room is cleaned in a way where we wouldn't be able to tell that it was smoked in. We're non-smokers and this was the only room available anywhere for that weekend. The room was horrible; reeked of smoke so much that we had to get our luggage dry cleaned. The rooms were unimpressive; we'll never stay there again.

I booked through Expedia and included that I would be checking in late in the "Special Requests" section. After booking through Expedia, I called the hotel directly to confirm that they had the late check in request on record; they did not. I asked them to add that information to the reservation. Then on the day of the reservation, I called to confirm that I would be checking in late. We ( family of four) stayed for a night on June22nd, 2019 Room is spacious with two queens but we didnt have a pleasant time. 1) The bathtub was clogged after one shower and wouldnt drain. We had to call the front office couple of times to get a manitenance guy in. Even after he supposedly fixed and went, still the issue wasnt completely resolved. We have stayed there a few times over many years. Really appreciated the latest update, such as lots of counter space, separation of sinks, 4 cup coffee pot, refrigerator with freezer, also liked the bed & pillows & the table on wheels!

Grateful for the housekeeping and updated appointments - not happy at all with the toilet! I think it's made for a motor home maybe, not made for a full size full grown man. Very inconvenient! And whats up with the tub/shower floor? feels like its about to fall through the floor.

We always have a nice stay here except this time we didn't have hot water Saturday evening and Sunday morning. It was really disappointing not to be able to take a hot shower after the fair.
