This rating would be an across-the-board "A" but for one mix up at the beginning. The $99 deal seemed too good to be true and it was. The person who came to explain the deal apologized up an down that the add as presented by Angie's List was misleading in that the special was not for a complete attic but for a very small(100 sq ft or so) area--not for a full attic of about 1700 sq ft like mine. He claimed that the add is incomplete and that Adelphia Exteriors was at fault for not having caught the error in the first place. |... read more

Representative came to home to review options and was up front right away about the miscommunication regarding the Angie's coupon. We discussed the options - I chose eco-friendly cellulose, he inspected the attic and gave me the quote. The installation team arrived at the beginning of the window and did a good job. They wore the protective clothing & boot covers in the house and were careful not to bang the walls with the equipment. They came out to my home and gave me an estimate. They were on time, professional and they brought a lot of samples of the differnt types of siding we could chose from. They also brought brochures. They were very informative and was very nice to explain everything to us and offer us choices.I finallydecided on one and then changed my mind and needed to see the sample again.
