George Koutsis of Adelphia was friendly enough and came to my house to give me an estimate. I was expecting some extra cost to have insulation installed, but not an additional $1500. The ad was misleading and he even admitted it. May try again at a later date and when it is more reasonably priced. .

George came within 2 days of calling for a quote. Pricing was reasonable, and about what I expected based on other reviews Scheduled one week out. Work crew of two arrived on time, covered floors and stairs with plastic for protection, added insulation, I checked when they were finished, all work performed as stated. They cleaned up- no mess. Did what they were supposed to at a good price, no hassles for me- I liked it!! we had R18 (6 inches) of batting insulation. They added blown in fiberglass insulation to get us to R49.

It went very well. Two workers arrived on time, were clean, respectful, fast and efficient. They cleaned up after the job was done. They invited me to inspect their work. Am very satisfied. add 13 inches blown in fiberglass insulation in attic

First, George Koutsis came to the house to look at the situation. We then decided to the remove the old cellulose insulation and replace that with new fiberglass insulation. He carefully explained the whole process and the payment. He generously applied my first payment to the removal of the old insulation and gave me a good price on the new. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. The workers were courteous, very careful and cleaned up everything afterwards.

They have not done the work yet, but they have been nice to deal with so far. I bought a Big Deal from them for attic insulation.

The job went extremely well. We had been told that the job would take about 2 hours, and that was exactly how long it took. Before the crew started doing its installation, we were told that some of the ductwork in the ceiling was shedding insulation. They also reconnected the ductwork to the heat pump unit. When the 2-person crew finished the job, we were asked to do an inspection to satisfy ourselves that the work was acceptable. It was. The team was early, polite, neat, and even happy. The issues we were having are gone. It's that simple. They were absolutely wonderful to work with...from the owners to the team who showed up to do the work. I HIGHLY recommend them and I am a very picky person when it comes to my house!!!!! All recessed lights in upstairs ceiling were capped, and attic filled to R49 with blown in cellulose. They use paper rulers so you can see how deep the insulation is in the attic. The back of the hatch was also insulated.

They were very good. My first impression with them was positive. I liked their prompt response to our calls and doing the job promptly. I would probably not use them again because I don't anticipate needing insulation again. We used Adelphia Exteriors for insulation.
