A pipe burst in my bathroom with damage to the kitchen. Spencers team was on-site an hour after our meeting. His team worked with efficiency being respectful of my home with a pleasant attitude. My house was secured, removing damaged materials and initiating the drying process that took between 3-4 days with oversight by his team. They did all the immediate response, arriving at my house less than 90 minutes after I called. They tore down and removed everything that was damaged, recording what was destroyed for insurance purposes. They did the demo work for my kitchen remodel.
