We had a major flood in our home, starting on the main floor and flowing through to our finished basement. We discovered it early in the morning after an unknown number of hours, so the damage was extensive on both floors. Advance Restoration came out and assessed the water damage, drew up a schematic of the affected area, documented everything for our insurance adjuster and worked with them to get us replacement for all the damage done by the water overflow. We are very happy with the work they provided and our home was brought back to better than before it happened. We would highly recommend them.
