We had a major flood in our home, starting on the main floor and flowing through to our finished basement. Advance Restoration came out and assessed the water damage, drew up a schematic of the affected area, documented everything for our insurance adjuster and worked with them to get us replacement for all the damage done by the water overflow. We are very happy with the work they provided and our home was brought back to better than before it happened. We would highly recommend them.

A pipe burst in my bathroom with damage to the kitchen. Spencers team was on-site an hour after our meeting. His team worked with efficiency being respectful of my home with a pleasant attitude. My house was secured, removing damaged materials and initiating the drying process that took between 3-4 days with oversight by his team.
