Gerald, We want you to be satisfied with the outcome therefore, in order to make sure you have a good one it is important not to overlook unnecessary procedures that must take place before we can begin work. We work diligently and closely with your insurance carrier to make sure everything is documented to their exact specifications so that you can get your property back to pre-disaster condition or better. Some things are out of our hands but we will always work on your behalf to expedite matters where we can.
Prompt service, called them at 4:30 in the morning and they were at my home by 7:30 with a crew pumping water out of my basement. Workers were hard workers and very courteous. The crew leader Brian was awesome to work with and keep me informed as to what was going on.
Advance came to our home the same day that we called about a water leak from our refrigerator and the mold that had developed. Work began the next day and was completed quickly and thoroughly. Advance was present when our insurance agent came to do the inspection claim, and worked very well with them. Overall a good experience.
The company does quality work. Very pleased with the clean up.
