Ridiculously overpriced, manipulative, dishonest, and terrible work. As soon as they realize you have an insurance claim, they charge the highest amount possible. That is just the beginning. Long story. Back in November, I had some water damage to my floor in my kitchen due to a dishwasher leaking.
