They spent 50 days trying to get an estimate on the damage. Eventually they stopped following up after I scheduled time off from work on three occasions to have them come inspect. Stay away at all costs, they will waste your time and not get the job done.

It is unfortunate that the options were limiting due to your having signed a release with your provider, something we have no control over at this juncture, however, we will provide you with an excellent outcome regardless, should you choose to respond to our offer.
They came quickly and worked hard. But, they did not complete the hauling away until more than 3 weeks later while a dumpster was sitting in my driveway making it hard to get proper delivery of replacement appliances. The price charged was much higher than other restoration companies that my neighbors had. My adjustor's price estimate was half what was actually charged. by the company. My company tries very hard to make all customers happy which can be a proven difficulty at times especially when the the entire south eastern state is under a "state of emergency".
