I’ve been going there for years and off and on issues and the site manager would correct them and apologize but now I’m done. Different information from the original doctor to the secondary doctor and once I looked at the photos taken of the area the story matched the last doctor. At first it was the lumps on the scar were just swelling and then days later when the bandage is coming off and I asked they said it was the knots on the inside stitches and only on my arm. Terrible staff unfriendly and rushes you through, exorbitant fees charged for anything insurance doesn't cover. I reccomend Spectrum Dermatology over this place.
EDIT: The billing department promptly called me after this post and corrected the issue. She let me know that they are understaffed. Thank you very much! It is so hard to get ahold of someone. I called in advance to cancel my appointment and no one answered. They called me back days later, said they would make sure the appointment was canceled, then sent me a bill of $300 for a no show fee. Crazy long wait times and never return phone calls.
This was absolutely the worst doctor's office I have been to. I went in because I have a rash all the way around my abdomen that I've had for a few months my primary care doctor prescribe me to Cream's which I took to the doctors so they could see them they did a skin biopsy they didn't schedule a follow-up so that I can have the stitches removed two and a half weeks later I had to call so I can get the stitches out of my back.
