RecommendedStaff is exceptional both at check-in and in medical service. Affillated problem: concept of scheduling. My last two appointment’s; more than 30 minutes beyond their scheduled time. “Please check-in 30 minutes prior.... 15 minutes if follow-up.” Do it and they still are late. No explanation, standard excuses. This is annoying, thoughtless. Don’t overbook. I too have a schedule to meet.

You could improve your 'wait times' for Mohse surgey!! FOUR AND A HALF HOURS watching HGTV is s bit much for a man to wait for the results of only one (THE FIRST) cut!!

It wasn’t until I received Botox injections elsewhere and then started to read their reviews on Groupon that I realized what I suspected. They are not forth coming with their practices. There are some claims about over diluting the serum which was evident because mine only lasted about 4 weeks and they also said I “needed” 40 units. Which at my age is not common. My daughter has been going there for over 6 months now dealing with a bout of cystic acne. She signed up for accutane and has been waiting the requisite six months and going through all the bloodwork. She showed up for her appt this morning and someone forgot to reregister her for the accutane. So now she has to wait another 30 days. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
