Regardless of all my paperwork showing I have a persisting condition with 5 failed treatments they felt the need to delay treatment further by re-doing a culture to see if it was indeed the condition I already have been diagnosed with. I was referred here by another doctor for petes sake. Very frustrated 😑 I just want my Starbucks card for the review
I hope for successful operation. Dr. Lam did a grate job for my husband.
Do not waste your time. Very greedy and over booking seems to be a theme there.
I was very disappointed with the waiting time. Waited in the waiting room exactly an hour. After being told when I came it that my doctor was on time. Waited another 20 mins. before I actually saw the doctor. This us unacceptable.
Love the doctors and medical staff in the back they arevery knowledgeable they take the time out to explain everything and help as much as possible.... however the customer service you received at the front desk from the receptionist's is just plain rude. FIVE stars to the doctors and medical staff 1 star for the front desk receptionist
Worse office staff ever. Been going to this physician for years.. Then all of a sudden without advising me prior to procedure I get a bill for $500.00 after my insurance paid. I have awesome insurance too.. Do they work with you.... NOPE.....not at all....just send you to a collection agency even tho your making payments monthly to them....
I had to move my schedule to accommodate theirs to get my daughter seen then they call me and want to reschedule to time that i cannot do. She said there is nothing at 4 at all other locations. I call BS. People work... and unfortunately they cannot do such appointments till after work.... no need to comment. Looking elsewhere for another place that can accommodate my schedule a little better.
I got lost and was late to my appointment, even though I called, when I got there they refused to see me. I drove really far and feel unhappy.
