I had a cancer spot removed from my nose by Dr. Lynn in Feb this year. I was repeatedly assured by her that the incision would not leave a scar and I would not need to see a plastic surgeon. Instead, I have been left with a very prominent scar on the tip my nose. This was after several blown appointments where I showed up on time but only to be told I could not be seen that day.
