Most horrible experience I have ever had with a medical facility. Can’t get a hold of anyone. When I drove across the city to talk to someone I was treated with rudeness and disrespect. Went through weeks of being on hold and woken from sleep, not to receive a call back, but to be put on hold and hung up on 15 minutes later. I was told proceedure preformed were covered by my insurance and I ended up with a 1,000.00 copay for mole removals by an N.P. Outrageous!!! Run for your life people. Terrible communication. Took days for a return call. You guys have gotten way too overwhelmed. I was prescribed a medication that would have not interacted with the current meds I am taking. Thankfully the pharmacist alerted me.

From the start, when I went to the website I was shocked that there wasn't one mention of the doctors on the team. That is disturbing! All you find is a lot of unimportant information from hype and blather. I don't want to know about locations and other reviews until I first learn who the Physicians are associated with this practice. Shame
