1st appt has to leave after 2 hour wait rescheduled and had 1 hour wait. Then 15 minute procedure went well.

other than the wait time, it’s was pleasant
Love my Provider. She and her medical assistance are consistently good. But....my appointment was at 9am. I arrived at 8:45am and wasn't taken back until 9:40am. This is too long with out any explanation and I was not the only one. This now seems to be the norm at this office for the past few years . You sent me: at least 3 texts, a couple emails and called my house all to remind me to show up to my 9am appointment ...frustrating for sure.

Waited 15 minutes to be seen by Front Desk to provide insurance info and co-pay. Waited another 15 minutes to be called back. Waited another 10 minutes to be seen. Spent about 10 minutes being looked at. Waited 10 minutes to be checked out. I just left as I could not wait any longer. I don’t plan on going back
I had 7:30 appointment. I didn’t get in to see doctor until 8:15. Also didn’t like filling out the new patient info form at the office. I would have preferred completing it at home. Everyone was completing this new form. It was chaos. When my appointment was over there were 40 people in the waiting area. Some had to stand due to lack of chairs. Chaos!!
I came to Affiliated Dermatology because I was experiencing severe itching across my body for an entire month. I thought it may be due to a new antibiotic I had taken so I waited a month from my last dose before I finally took the leap to speaking with a dermatologist. I had a 7:45am appointment and was not seen until after 8:30am. They open at 7:30am so I don’t understand how you can be running that late so early in the day? The app on the I pad was HORRIBLE. I liked the doctor & time will tell if she did a good job. She was happy to answer my questions, as was the medical assistant. I don't know if 1 & 1/2 hours (total office time) is a lot to have a serious mole surgically removed, but that's what it was. The staff all around is pleasant and helpful. DID I MENTION THE APP ON THE I PAD IS HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, ETC. I think you get the idea!!! I do question the emphasis put on cosmetic procedures and products. Meh. Doc always acts rushed. I see him every 6 months for full-body check. Paperwork on front end is pretty ridiculous. All PAs on earpieces and corded mics acting like Secret Service agents, "The doctor has concluded the exam and left the room. And, we're walking." Pretty stupid. I imagine your overhead is pretty high. You definitely give off the vibe of a corporation versus a medical practice ... and I can't say I'm entirely comfortable with that.
