I have been trying to reach you for two months about a skin condition that needs attention. I have left messages filled out contact forms and finally today called the answering service so I could get an actual human. I am a current patient who had a couple skin cancers removed and have not yet had a followup or call from a physician. What is the problem? Once again I left a message for the tele-health scheduler to call me back to make an appointment. NO WORD. It's time to find a new provider.......
This appointment I canceled prior to March 12th you’re recorder should have it. Again no phone calls returned. After 15 years or so I know tyour time is important, that said as a customer my timeis equally important.
Arrived again on time for appointment waited 20 minutes for the front desk to acknowledge I was there and then handed a iPad to fill out, another 20 minutes or so wasted there. Time spent with the doctor about 5 minutes or so. My opinion poor office management.
Arrived at 7.30am for appt. was advised that the doctor was off sick and to make another appointment. Surely the doctor would have a backup nor did I receive any phone calls reminding me of my appointment or the situation with the doctor.
The office and exam room were filthy. The PA I saw had dirt caked under her fingernails. I didn't realize that last bit until after my procedure, or I would have walked out before letting her cut on me.

I had a 9:00 AM appointment with Dr. Ignatious. I arrived at about 8:55 AM and signed in. I sat in the waiting room for about 25 minutes before my husband went to the desk to check the status of my appointment. He was told that Dr. Ignatious was not in the office and they would have one of the assistants attend to removing the stitches from the Mohs surgery. Had we not gone up to the desk, perhaps we would have sat there all morning. I was taken care of satisfactorily shortly after that.

Lab wait for MOHS surgery was 3 1/2 hours which is ridiculous, especially when the specimen was taken at 9:15 AM and Dr. Ignatious said I was lucky because there was only one other before more.

Liked the NP in Ahwautkee, However I thought their staff at the front desk was horrible. One of the ladies (young girls) at the front desk was very rude. She raised her voice and said she didn't have my referral. I stated that they did have it somewhere because they called me for the appointment. She made me get in my car and go to the referring doctors office and get another referral. Very poor service. I had to go to their Gilbert office for a follow up, What a difference. Staff was absolutely perfect ... read more

Waited 1 hour past appt. before being called in Minimal time with doctor, in fact met doctor for less than 5 minutes before they started cutting. Not very willing to discuss other forms of treatment. Very vague on results of biopsy. Tried repeatedly to discuss issue with doctor. This is their procedure. You call, get receptionist, get med. asst., tell him/her what you want to discuss with Doctor. THEY discus with PA who discussed with doctor, who answers to PA, who then tells Med. asst. who tells me. Never did get to speak ... read more
