FAST SERVICE!!!! I called Air Hawk at 6pm on Monday night (Memorial Day) and left a voicemail about my ac being down. I expected to hear back sometime on Tuesday afternoon. Joe called me back, not on Tuesday, but on Monday night and inside one hour!!! He patiently helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone, but the issue required an onsite visit. I highly recommend Joe Massa & his Crew for their promptness, friendliness, and most of all their professionalism in getting the job done right & fast. I've used Air Hawk several times and am very pleased with the work & prices! In the past at my home in Land O Lakes I had a repair item replaced and later an air/heat pump unit installed, and at my condo in Clearwater recently had an air/straight heat unit installed. When you find the "Best", you stick with it.
Once we realized our heat was not working Airhawk was awesome about getting to our house when we were available, found the problem and fixed the same day! We might not need heat often in FL but I am a much happier person in a 70 degree house tonight than I was in my 60 degree house last night! Thank you!
