I called about 8am and was told someone would be out by ten. I had to leave for work and my husband waited for the service tech. I received a text at 9:45am that the work was done and the ac was pumping out nice cool air. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Just used Air Hawk Heating and Cooling! Loved them! We will definitely use them again! Joe arrived on time. He was pleasant and gave me his business card at the door to verify who he was. He then covered his shoes with covers to protect my flooring. Joe was able trouble shoot the reasons it might be happening. He made multiple suggestions and then allowed me to choose the solution that fit our budget. If he needs to come back out in the next 30 days, he will not charge an additional trip charge.
