As I got home at 7:30 pm today I noticed that my AC wasn't working. So logically, the first thing that came to mind was to call Joe at Airhawk. I have known Joe for 10 years and know him to be a dependable and reliable guy. So this time too, Joe answers the phone, diagnoses the problem right away and offers to swing by. RecommendedMy air died and I called Air Hawk at 10:00 PM hoping to get on the list for morning call back. Joe called me back in ten minutes. His first concern was making sure we would be able to stay cool overnight. Then he setup a service call for 8:00 AM the next morning to evaluate our issue. Joe ordered the part and returned later that day to do the repair. We had our air back up and running by dinner.
